Student Representative Council (MPP)
The UNIMAS Student Representative Council (MPP) consists of an 11-member leadership team comprising UNIMAS students who have been entrusted to represent their respective academic programs and elevate UNIMAS to higher levels of recognition.
MPP serves as a bridge between students and the university administration, advocating for beneficial activities for UNIMAS students. In addition to being student representatives, MPP is also responsible for safeguarding the welfare and rights of students in the pursuit of producing well-rounded and academically accomplished students, in line with the MPP slogan.

CUSTOMER CHARTER
- To ensure that every complaint/report received from students is processed according to the correct procedures.
- To ensure that every student has access to the MPP.
- To provide a method for resolving student issues either directly or through alternative means, depending on the situation.
- All letters, complaints, and approval requests will be accepted two weeks before the project is undertaken (subject to current circumstances).
- All parties dealing with MPP are satisfied and comfortable with the services provided.
- Transparent, efficient, and service with a smile.
