Priority is given to first-year students, students with special needs, international students, and those with exceptional circumstances. Room assignments are processed through the integrated Easy College System.
Maintenance & Development

Each college has its own identity, traditions, and student-led programmes.
Safety & Security
Implements residential security protocols including controlled access systems, CCTV monitoring, and regular security patrols in partnership with the university security office. Conducts fire drills, emergency evacuation exercises, and student safety briefings each semester. Manages the residential response to medical emergencies.
