Room Placement & Allocation

Manages the room application and allocation process for all incoming and continuing students. Priority is given to first-year students, students with special needs, international students, and those with exceptional circumstances. Room assignments are processed through the integrated Easy College System.

Maintenance & Development

Coordinates with the university's Physical Infrastructure Division (Jabatan Pembangunan & Penyelenggaraan) to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of rooms, toilets, common areas, cafeterias, surau, reading rooms, and recreation spaces. Manages college development projects and infrastructure improvements.

OKU-Friendly Facilities

Ensures that designated accessible rooms, ramps, lifts, and facilities are available and properly maintained for students with disabilities (OKU). Works closely with the Student Welfare Section and academic faculties to accommodate students with special mobility or physical needs throughout their residential stay.

Student Data & Non-Resident Management

Maintains accurate and updated records of all resident and non-resident students. Non-Resident (NR) students who choose to live off-campus are registered and tracked to ensure they receive equivalent access to student services and welfare programs. The data system supports university reporting and planning.

College Governance & Culture

Supports the college management structure including Wardens, Fellows, and the College Student Representative Council (JPK). Encourages a positive college culture through sports, residential tournaments, cultural nights, gotong-royong, and inter-college competitions. Each college has its own identity, traditions, and student-led programmes.

Safety & Security

Implements residential security protocols including controlled access systems, CCTV monitoring, and regular security patrols in partnership with the university security office. Conducts fire drills, emergency evacuation exercises, and student safety briefings each semester. Manages the residential response to medical emergencies.
